In the Executive Leadership Seminar course at Alvernia University, you will get to put all of your new business skills from our Master in Business Administration program delivered online into practice with a final project — think of it as a great résumé builder. The project will address different business areas from marketing and finance, to operations and organizational development, etc.
You or a team will work to solve a business challenge uniting all the business concepts that you have mastered through the MBA program delivered online. This final capstone course and embedded project will help you become an effective, inspirational leader.
