Bring your skills to life
In the Executive Leadership Seminar course at Alvernia University, you’ll get to put all of your new business skills from our Master in Business Administration program into practice with a final project — think of it as a great résumé builder. The project will address different business areas from marketing and finance, to operations and organizational development, etc.
You or a team will work to solve a business challenge uniting all the business concepts that you have mastered through the MBA program. Another option is that you could always develop an individual business plan under the guidance of an MBA faculty member. Some students have created plans for starting their own businesses after graduation. Regardless of the project you select, the final capstone course will help you become an effective, inspirational leader.
