Alvernia’s Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration is offered through its well-regarded, accredited business program. Students learn from faculty who have practical business experience and who share up-to-date insights into the changing global business world.  

The major prepares students for a variety of entry-level and mid-level management opportunities in small, mid-sized, and large organizations in industry, government, and service-oriented fields.

Bachelor of Science – Business Administration Requirements

Required Business Core: (33 credits)
BUS 101, 200 or 250, BUS 206, 207, 248, 249, 342, 410, 426, 438
Mathematics: (7 credits)
In addition to meeting the liberal arts core requirement in math, students must complete: MAT 208 or 209.

Specific requirements:
21 additional credits in business administration- see advisor for details

Required in Communication: 3 credits
COM 103 or 344.

Required in Business: 18 credits
BUS 308, 309, 314, 414, 431, 444.
