Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies
The Liberal Studies major provides students the opportunity to self-design a program of study so that they can complete the appropriate coursework to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Whether you are seeking to broaden your intellectual and cultural awareness, prepare for graduate study or seek a new career, the degree completion program offers you both flexibility and academic excellence.
The program is designed primarily for individuals who have taken the majority of coursework needed for a bachelor’s degree. At Alvernia, students will work with an advisor to review which courses are transferable and design a program tailored to their specific professional or intellectual interests.
