Bio and Interests:

During her career she has served as a lead clinician in an intensive outpatient group therapy program working with adults with severe mental illness. She has also served as a clinical field supervisor and training coordinator to student interns during their field placements in counseling. In addition, she has worked with some of the leading experts in the field using Cognitive Behavior Therapy for voice hearers. She has extensive training in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialetical Behavior Therapy to treat a variety of issues. In addition to her role at Alvernia, she owes and operates a private practice specializing in treating depression and anxiety with teens and adults.
