. . . and PLACES
Numerous important projects are underway: Continued upgrades and renovations are underway this summer in Bernardine Hall with construction of a new occupational therapy lab and hallways being refurbished with new tile and student seating areas. On the second floor, classrooms are being re-painted, re-carpeted, and refitted with computers.
Major renovations at the Philadelphia Center have been completed. University operations were extended to two floors featuring new smart classrooms. New furniture and student gathering spaces have been added, creating a warm and inviting learning environment.
Opening in August are the next two residence halls in Founders Village. And opening in January will be an adjacent student activities building—The Commons—including a two-story fitness center, dance/aerobic space, meeting rooms for student clubs and University Life staff, and a large “campus living room.”
