During the last year, the IT Service Desk has handled over 15,000 requests. The service desk averaged a score of 4.6 out of 5.0 for overall satisfaction (5 being totally satisfied) for the 2013-2014 academic year.

A Playbuzz list created by the marketing team "35 Things Every College Student Should Do This Semester" reached more than 10,000 people from the university Facebook page. Even more impressive, the post was shared over 300 times directly from Playbuzz.

Alvernia has been named, for a second year, as a Lead Consulting Institution for the Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education Civic Learning and Democratic Engagement Initiative.

Our first in-depth Student Satisfaction Survey was conducted over the summer with full time undergraduate students and the results were very encouraging.
