Educational Affairs

Keeps informed about academic policy matters, curriculum revisions, modifications to the academic administrative structure. Reviews recommendations from the administration regarding faculty promotion and tenure and makes recommendations to the full Board on these matters. Reviews and makes recommendations to the full Board on changes to the Faculty Handbook affecting faculty employment.

Reviews and makes recommendation on policies regarding student life, including residence life, student judicial affairs, and campus activities.

Facilities & Technology Committee

Reviews plans for upkeep and improvement of the physical plant and technology. Provides guidance on priorities. Keeps informed about major construction matters and changes in the College’s Information Management System.

Finance and Business Affairs Committee

Monitors expenditure of College funds. Reviews and recommends to the full Board the annual operating budget Monitors investments (through the Investment Sub-Committee.) Reviews and makes recommendations to the Board regarding the annual audit. Subcommittees: INVESTMENT SUB-COMMITTEE
