Faculty Workshops
The O’Pake Institute is developing a series of workshops for Alvernia Faculty on the following topics:  Leadership Education; Ethics in the Undergraduate Curriculum; Survey Research; Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

The Institute is also developing two campus focused programs linking the work of the Institute to the mission of the university.  One is a campus lecture on Ethics, which will bring an outside scholar to campus to teach in several classes and offer a lecture open to the campus community.  The other will be a series of TedX style conversations with faculty and outside scholars on topics related to the enduring questions and interdisciplinary focus of the University’s General Education Curriculum, again open to the campus.
